Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. All sales on our platform are final and subject to a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
Strict No-Refund & No-Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all financial transactions initiated through our third-party payment gateway partners. By enrolling in any educational program, bootcamp, masterclass, seminar, or webinar offered by Elevate by Ortus Finance, the Student expressly acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. The Company maintains a strict "No-Refund" and "No-Cancellation" policy. Once a transaction is successfully completed and enrollment is confirmed, the Student is committed to the full purchase price of the service. No requests for cancellations, withdrawals, or reimbursements shall be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or a "change of mind."
Consumption of Services
The Student acknowledges that access to digital assets, proprietary curricula, live instructional sessions, or recorded content constitutes the immediate delivery of service. Consequently, upon the successful processing of payment through our gateway, the service is deemed "fully consumed" and ineligible for any form of reversal or chargeback.
Quality of Content
Elevate by Ortus Finance does not offer refunds based on the Student's subjective satisfaction with the educational content or the perceived quality of the instruction.
Institutional Cancellation
In the exceptional event of an institutional cancellation of a program by the Company, we reserve the unilateral right to either reschedule the session or provide a credit for a future course at the Company's sole discretion; however, such an event does not automatically entitle the Student to a monetary refund unless specifically authorized by the Company in writing.
