1. Agreement & Eligibility
By enrolling in any educational offering provided by Elevate by Ortus Finance, the user (hereinafter "the Student") enters into a legally binding agreement and affirms that they have reached the age of majority or possess valid parental or guardian consent.
2. Educational Nature of Services
The Student acknowledges and agrees that all content, strategies, and data provided through our courses, webinars, and masterclasses are intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. Elevate by Ortus Finance does not operate as a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. No communication, whether written or verbal, shall be construed as personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. The Company shall not be held liable for any financial decisions made by the Student based on the information provided within the curriculum.
3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All materials provided, including video recordings, digital manuals, proprietary charts, and presentation slides, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Elevate by Ortus Finance. The Student is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this agreement, resulting in immediate termination of access without refund and the initiation of appropriate legal proceedings.
4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate by Ortus Finance, its directors, and instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of capital or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the educational services provided. The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims or legal expenses arising from the Student's violation of these terms or misuse of the information provided during the course of instruction.
5. Jurisdiction & Amendments
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agartala. Elevate by Ortus Finance reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the programs following such modifications shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
